This application is designed to confirm eligibility and readiness for a cohort environment.

Please remember that participation is required. Removal is possible for non-participation or disrespect.

CSF does not provide clinical or crisis care. If you are in an active crisis, please do not complete this form—use the crisis resources on our Safety, Privacy, and Boundaries Page.

Message  from Command and Signal's Executive Director: Jonathan Weiler

"I created this program because I needed it myself."

As someone living with the effects of Combat-Specific Post Trauma Syndrome (CRPTS), I know how difficult it can be to manage the anxiety, depression, isolation, physical pain, emotional pain, and the lack of direction in Life.

I needed to understand what was happening, so I created a process to identify what was happening to me, which I call Combat Related Post Trauma Syndrome (CRPTS).  Writing stories, sketching characters, and building worlds gave me focus and purpose, and I have organized a recovery method into a systematic approach through our Learn, Reflect, Rebuild, Publish, Share (LRRP(S)) Program.

So, this isn't a clinical approach, but an educational one to the chronic effects of Combat, while providing a creative outlet that helps us reframe our story and start building a life again.

If you’re looking for a place to explore this kind of direction, to work through your thoughts without judgment or pressure, and to build something meaningful, this space is for you.

You don’t have to be an artist. You don’t even have to share outside of the program. You just have to show up, be consistent, and start creating.

I look forward to our journey together.
