Purpose:

This Code of Conduct exists to protect the cohort environment. LRRP(S) requires trust, structure, privacy, and consistent participation. These standards help keep the program focused, respectful, and safe enough for creative work.

LRRP(S) is not a passive course. If accepted, participants are expected to complete weekly lessons, assignments, drawing practice, and required community posts for the full 12-week cohort.

A funded seat should be accepted only if the applicant is willing to make time for the weekly workload and communicate with CSF if they fall behind.

Weekly Community Participation

Participants are expected to complete the required community post each week. Community posts are course-focused and may relate to the weekly CRPTS, Storytelling, or Illustration work. Participants are not required to retell combat experiences or disclose private trauma.

Core Standards:

Participants must:

• Treat other Veterans with respect at all times

• Maintain confidentiality inside the cohort community

• Engage in good-faith participation (posting and interaction as required)

• Follow staff direction during moderation and safety actions

Zero-Tolerance Behavior:

The following may result in immediate removal:

• Threats of violence toward others

• Harassment, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse

• Hate speech or degrading language toward protected groups

• Doxxing (sharing private identity, location, unit history, personal information, etc.)

• Sharing another participant’s content outside the program without permission

• Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual content directed at others

• Repeated disruption after warnings

Content Expectations:

• Graphic descriptions of violence, self-harm, or explicit operational details are not allowed in community posts or any CSF Publications.

• Graphic descriptions of nudity, sex, and sexual acts are not allowed in community posts or any CSF Publications.

• Participants may write and create privately as needed, but public cohort spaces must remain safe and stable for others.

Privacy and Anonymity

• You may remain anonymous publicly and within the community.

• Do not pressure anyone to reveal personal details.

• Do not attempt to identify anonymous participants.

Participation Requirement:

LRRP(S) is not passive content. Participation is required.

Repeated non-participation may result in removal, so the cohort remains functional.

Moderation and Enforcement:

CSF may take the following actions:

• Informal correction

• Formal warning

• Temporary posting restriction

• Removal from community spaces

• Removal from the program

Safety, Crisis, and Scope of Support

CSF provides education, structure, peer community, and creative instruction.

CSF does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or crisis care.

If someone appears to be in active crisis, CSF may pause access and direct them to appropriate outside support.

Acknowledgement

By submitting an LRRP(S) application, I acknowledge that I have reviewed these standards and understand that acceptance into the program requires weekly participation, respectful conduct, confidentiality, and adherence to CSF’s creative guardrails.
