LRRP(S) Safety, Boundaries, and Scope of Support
What CSF Provides:
Command and Signal Foundation provides structured educational programming, creative instruction, and protected cohort participation through the LRRP(S) Program.
LRRP(S) is designed to help disabled Combat Veterans engage in a guided 12-week process that combines CRPTS education, storytelling development, illustration practice, and peer accountability inside a protected learning environment.
CSF provides:

structured weekly lessons

guided assignments and creative exercises

storytelling and illustration instruction

CRPTS-focused educational content
-
access to a protected cohort community

course-related feedback, support, and accountability

program materials and equipment as provided by CSF

a clear sequence for completing a final 4–6 page comic project.
The purpose of this support is to create a steady educational structure where participants can learn, practice, reflect, and complete creative work without being required to retell combat experiences or disclose private trauma.
CSF’s role is to provide structure, instruction, boundaries, and a protected program environment.
CSF does not replace clinical care, emergency support, therapy, or crisis intervention.
We Provide No Therapy or Crisis Care.
This includes:

Clinical Care and the VA
If you are experiencing suicidal ideation, active substance instability, or a crisis-level situation, LRRP(S) is not an appropriate replacement for clinical care. We encourage you to engage the VA, Vet Centers, or local clinical resources.
Community Safety
LRRP(S) includes a cohort community component. This is not a space for graphic details, threats, harassment, doxxing, or destabilizing content.
If a participant posts content that suggests imminent self-harm, harm to others, or an active crisis, CSF may:

Temporarily restrict access to community spaces

Direct the participant to crisis resources

Remove the participant from the program if safety cannot be maintained
Privacy and Anonymity
Public anonymity is allowed.

You may use a display name that is not your legal name.

You control what you share about your experiences.

You are not required to publish anything publicly.
Confidentiality Expectations
Because this is a cohort model, we require basic confidentiality:

Do not share another participant’s identity, story, images, or messages outside the program.

Do not screenshot private community content to post elsewhere.

Do not attempt to identify anonymous participants.
Data and Application Privacy
We collect only what we need to screen eligibility, place cohorts, and provide program support.

Eligibility documents are accessed only by authorized CSF staff for screening.

We do not sell applicant or participant data.

We do not use participant content for marketing without explicit permission.
